π Commercial Hubs live in Denmark (BETA) π©π°
Commercial Hubs are areas identified by Plaace with high density of retail, restaurants and services. They allow you to quickly get a feel for where the commercial activity is concentrated, both within big cities, but also in smaller areas.
Improvements and bug fixes
π¨ We no longer distinguish between tenants and property managers
We used to tailor the product experience to whether someone was a tenant or property manager. As weβve gotten more and more customers, we see that many of them donβt fit in either of the two categories, and that the insights we offer are relevant to everyone in the industry.
The short term effect of this is that all users have access to both sides of the marketplace. If you have any questions related to this, donβt hesitate to contact us in the chat.
π¨ Favourite lists are no longer supported
The ability to store something in a favourite list was one of the early features we introduced at Plaace, and it was a quick way to help users get back to something they had been looking at.
However, weβve learned that our usersβ needs are also linked to sharing a story about the insights with others, and with that, storing charts with specific settings. Thatβs why we introduced Dashboards π a while back.
The last 6 months, there has almost been no use of Favourites, and it was time to let it go. Affected users have gotten a direct email, and weβve also had a banner up in the product lately.
π Areas outside of Norway were shown in Similar Areas
There was a bug in Similar Areas where areas outside of Norway would show up in the list, this has now been fixed. We don't (yet) have Similar areas within other countries, or across countries.

- Dashboards will update automatically to reflect new insights. You can also change the setting of any chart in a dashboard to show data for more recent years.
