🌟 Commercial Hubs live in Denmark (BETA) πŸ‡©πŸ‡°

Improvements and bug fixes

🎨 We no longer distinguish between tenants and property managers

We used to tailor the product experience to whether someone was a tenant or property manager. As we’ve gotten more and more customers, we see that many of them don’t fit in either of the two categories, and that the insights we offer are relevant to everyone in the industry.

The short term effect of this is that all users have access to both sides of the marketplace. If you have any questions related to this, don’t hesitate to contact us in the chat.

image

🎨 Favourite lists are no longer supported

The ability to store something in a favourite list was one of the early features we introduced at Plaace, and it was a quick way to help users get back to something they had been looking at.

However, we’ve learned that our users’ needs are also linked to sharing a story about the insights with others, and with that, storing charts with specific settings. That’s why we introduced Dashboards 🌟 a while back.

The last 6 months, there has almost been no use of Favourites, and it was time to let it go. Affected users have gotten a direct email, and we’ve also had a banner up in the product lately.

🐞 Areas outside of Norway were shown in Similar Areas

There was a bug in Similar Areas where areas outside of Norway would show up in the list, this has now been fixed. We don't (yet) have Similar areas within other countries, or across countries.

  • Income distribution for all areas in Norway
  • image
  • New insights like housing types and number of cabins. We’re launching a first version of this insight. Feel free to reach out in the product chat or use the feedback form to share how you want to use this insight in e.g. dashboards.

  • Dashboards will update automatically to reflect new insights. You can also change the setting of any chart in a dashboard to show data for more recent years.
  • Insights from Geodata and SSB. The updated demographics data is launched in collaboration with our vendor Geodata, providing the estimates based on SSB numbers and where people are actually living with in area.

🌟 Total Movement in a period

The footfall data has so far been provided as daily averages within a period. Now we also launch the option to see the total footfall for a period. The total visits is reflected in the key stats and available for all charts.
